1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of private chauffeur services by Chauffeur Privé Lille Paris, operating exclusively by prior reservation.
By making a reservation, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Chauffeur Privé Lille Paris is operated by Radhwane ABDALLAOUI, residing at 10 Rue Pierre Motte, 59100 Roubaix, France, Algerian national, born on 21 August 1987, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 982 034 076 00025.
2. Services
The chauffeur provides, among others, the following services:
- Local journeys
- Railway station transfers
- Airport transfers
- Long-distance journeys
- Business travel
Services are available from or to Lille, the Lille metropolitan area, the Hauts-de-France region, and any destination agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Bookings
Reservations may be made:
- By telephone
- Via WhatsApp
- Through the contact form available on the Website
A booking is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted by the chauffeur.
4. Pricing
All fares are communicated before the service is provided.
Prices are determined according to factors including:
- Distance
- Estimated journey duration
- Any applicable toll charges
- Specific customer requests
The quotation provided before the journey constitutes the agreed price.
5. Payment
Payment shall be made according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when the booking is accepted.
An invoice is available upon request.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Any request to modify or cancel a booking should be communicated as soon as possible.
The chauffeur reserves the right to apply cancellation fees in the event of late cancellation or once the journey has already commenced.
7. Customer Delays
Customers are expected to be present at the agreed location and time.
If delayed, they are requested to inform the chauffeur as soon as possible.
A reasonable waiting period may be granted depending on the circumstances.
Beyond this period, the booking may be considered cancelled.
8. Delays Beyond the Chauffeur’s Control
The chauffeur will make every reasonable effort to respect the agreed schedule.
However, the chauffeur cannot be held liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond his control, including:
- Exceptional traffic congestion
- Road accidents
- Severe weather conditions
- Roadworks
- Force majeure or other unforeseen events
9. Luggage
Luggage transport is included within the capacity limits of the vehicle.
Customers remain responsible for their personal belongings.
They are encouraged to check that no personal items have been left behind before leaving the vehicle.
10. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards both the chauffeur and the vehicle.
The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse or terminate a journey in the event of:
- Dangerous behaviour
- Violence
- Intentional damage to the vehicle
- Any condition incompatible with safe transportation
11. Liability
The chauffeur is bound by an obligation to use reasonable care and skill in providing the service.
Liability shall not be accepted where circumstances beyond the chauffeur’s control prevent the proper performance of the service.
12. Personal Data
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for managing and providing the requested services.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
